End Date: January 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT
Drawing Date: On or before February 3, 2026
All times are Pacific Time (PT).

🖥️ Grand Prize

One (1) Custom PC Build with an approximate retail value of $8,000 USD.

Shipping costs will be fully covered by Sponsor
No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted
Prize will be awarded “as is”

🎟️ How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

There are two (2) ways to enter. No purchase is required to enter or win.

1️⃣ Free Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)

To enter for free, complete the official Free Entry Form available at:

Limit one (1) free entry per person
Must be submitted during the Promotion Period
Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified
Free entries are treated exactly the same as all other eligible entries in the drawing

2️⃣ Support Bundle Entry (Optional)

Entries may also be received as a thank-you for supporting the Saving Indie Film mission through optional Support Bundles available on the Saving Indie Film platform.

Support Bundles are not purchases of sweepstakes entries
Contributions help fund independent film projects and creators
Entries are awarded according to the Support Bundle selected
Each entry, regardless of method of entry, has an equal chance of winning

Purchasing a Support Bundle does not improve the odds per entry, only the number of entries received.

🔢 Entry Cap

To maintain fairness and transparency:

Maximum of 100,000 total entries per individual, regardless of method of entry
Any entries received beyond this limit will be void

🎲 Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received
The drawing will be conducted using a digital randomization method
The drawing process and results may be recorded for verification purposes

📧 Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted via the email provided at entry
Winner must respond within 72 hours
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected

🧾 Prize Funding & Promotion Adjustment Clause

The Sponsor is committed to awarding the Grand Prize in a responsible and transparent manner.

If, at the scheduled end of the Promotion Period, sufficient funds have not been raised to reasonably and responsibly award the Grand Prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to:

Extend the Promotion Period to allow additional eligible entries, or
Cancel the Promotion and issue full refunds to all purchasers of Support Bundles

No Grand Prize will be awarded unless it can be fully funded and delivered as described.

Any extension, cancellation, or refund decision will be communicated publicly.

💸 Refund Policy

If the Promotion is canceled, all purchasers of Support Bundles will receive a full refund to the original payment method
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
Free entries will not be eligible for a prize if the Promotion is canceled

🌎 Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States
Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
Void where prohibited by law

Employees, agents, and contractors of Carbon Arc Cinema LLC are not eligible to win.

Individuals who are personal acquaintances of the Sponsor may enter and win, provided they are not employees, agents, contractors, or otherwise compensated by the Sponsor in connection with this Promotion.

📊 Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

🔐 Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion, including winner notification and eligibility verification.

Data will not be sold or shared and will be retained for up to 12 months for auditing purposes, then securely deleted.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law.
