🖥️ Grand Prize

  • One (1) Custom PC Build valued at $8,000 USD.

  • Shipping costs will be fully covered by Carbon Arc Cinema LLC.

  • No alternate prizes or substitutions will be offered.

🎟️ How to Enter

You may enter the sweepstakes through one of the following methods:

1. Paid Entry

  • Entries can be obtained by purchasing Support Bundles via the Saving Indie Film platform.

  • Each dollar contributed equals one sweepstakes entry.

  • Your purchase helps fund original filmmaking projects and independent film crews.

  • Each entry, whether free or paid, has the same odds of being selected. Purchasing Support Bundles simply gives you more entries — and therefore more chances — in the drawing.

2. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

  • To enter without making a purchase, complete the official Free Entry Form linked below.

  • Only one (1) free entry per person is allowed.

  • Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.

  • Each eligible entry—free or paid—has an equal and fair chance of being selected when the winner is drawn.

  • The difference lies only in the number of entries per person, not in the odds per entry.

  • The free entry period closes at 11:59 PM PT on December 25, 2025.

  • The Free Entry Form is a valid, no-purchase-necessary method for entry.

  • All entries—paid or free—will be treated equally in the final drawing.

  • The free entry form closes at 11:59 PM PT on December 25, 2025.

🎲 Winner Selection

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or before December 31, 2025.

  • The winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or declines the prize, another winner will be selected.

💸 Funding Threshold Clause

  • If the total amount raised through paid entries does not reach $13,000, the Grand Prize (PC) will not be awarded.

  • Instead, one winner will receive a cash prize equal to 20% of the total raised funds.

  • All other rules and eligibility requirements still apply.

🌎 Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States.

  • Must be 18 years or older to enter.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Employees, agents, and contractors of Carbon Arc Cinema LLC are not eligible to win.
